Kim of Round Hill, VA: Although we had always used top-rated local boarding facilities, I had always wondered about the care our dogs were getting from the various kennel staff we did not get to meet when we boarded our dogs. The care is only as good as the people providing it! I loved getting to meet our Au Paw before the visit and seeing how she interacted with the dogs. I felt so much more comfortable knowing our dogs were playing in our own backyard and sleeping in their own beds. The cost was absolutely affordable compared to boarding. Now that we have found Au Paws, we will feel free to travel more AND the dogs will be happier!

Mark and Catherine of Leesburg, VA: Our pugs are our children. Due to our work schedules, we're not able to exercise them as much as they'd like us to. That's why we decided to hire a pet walking service. Mike, our primary dog walker, comes by twice a day to visit with, walk, and feed the dogs. When I work from home, I notice the kids waiting for Mike to arrive and they're always excited to see him. Although they enjoy the walks, their favorite part of the visit is when they get their treats from Chase Your Tail Bakery. Since we've started the service, we've noticed an improvement in behavior (two of the three are puppies that were previously terrorizing the house) and weight loss in the adult pug, Pudge. It's comforting knowing someone is attending to our kids during the day. AAPL is very professional and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to love your "children" when you cannot.

She even went so far as to clean up some mess (not typically normal for my guys) that was on the floor and tried to scrub the rug for me. She brought in my mail and took great care of the dogs. Even when Jessie didn't take her medication, she found some cheese in the fridge to put it in. She was completely above and beyond!
